Places of Power
Places of Power - Gschriet / MirnockMirnock
One of the mountains in the Nock mountain range may look inconspicuous from the outside but hides many “places of power” which radiate extraordinary high levels of positive energy.
High above Lake Millstätter See, in the mountain area of Gschriet, are the "places of power", which attract people not only because of the unusual appeal of the landscape.
These are places, which produce energy with a high level of “clockwise” vibrations.
The German practitioner of Radiaesthesia, Josef Georg from Eppelborn, discovered these healing points of energy.
This Scientist recorded such high frequencies that it is comparable with the cosmic colour – indigo (cosmic ray), particularly at the “place of power” numbered no. 2. "These places are incredibly positive. Our cells, which are weakened by stress, are able to recharge and regenerate here in a completely natural way." Place of power Nr. 3 (1st photo) is ideal for Meditation.
On the “Kneipp” route thanks to the Mirnock farmers
In the Gschriet-Glanz area, ancient paths have been re-opened to the public as “Kneipp” hiking trails. The whole mountain is gushing with enough water to make it the ideal place for this cold-water therapy.
Five hand baths and 4 tread baths have been created under the expert guidance and assistance of the Radenthein “Kneipp” association with the relevant explanations and instructions for the correct use of water.
All along the “Kneipp” panoramic circular route, hikers will find the purest drinking water. There are several kilometres with a wide range of interesting sites on offer to help you to get to know all the Mirnock farms in this area.
Besides the water usage, there are also instructions on stretching exercises, encouragement for healthy living, insights into the order of life, a herb garden, descriptions of trees and plants and much more.
The “Kneipp” circular route, with it’s perfect panoramic views, leads you through the already existent “places of power” at the Possegger alpine inn and you can hike on through the woods to Bergfried or have a sauna at Flaschberger.
