Healty Kneipp Water Exercises
Along the Kneipp Round Panorama Trail of the Mirnock farmers, there are hand basins and water-stepping basins with suitable giudlines on the correct application of the water, instructions for strechting exercises and healthy living, a little herb garden, descriptions of trees and plants and much more. Many benches along the trail invite the walker to stop and rest.
A special energy emanates from the "Places of Power", which can be felt as a beneficial, tingling feeling of warmth or cold.
